BASIC SUMMARY

The controller of your personal data is the commercial company AmoreForever s.r.o., having its registered office at Heřmanova 597/61, Holešovice, 170 00 Praha 7, Company Number: 039 35 698, entered in the Commercial Register maintained at the Metropolitan Court in Prague, file C 240064 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

1.3. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
2. LEGAL FOUNDATION FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1. The legal foundation for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is required for:
2.1.1. fulfilment of the contract between you and the Controller or for the Controller to take measures before entering into such a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”);
2.1.2. fulfilment of the legal obligations which relate to the Controller, in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation, in particular fulfilment of the obligations imposed on the Controller by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No 235/2004 on value added tax, as amended, Act No 586/1992 on income tax, as amended, and Act No 563/1991 on accounting, as amended.
3. THE PURPOSE OF Processing personal data
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is performance of the contract between you and the Controller, to enable the Controller to take measures prior to entering into such contract and fulfilment of associated public obligations by the Controller. Given the nature of the service, your personal data may be made public and provided to other persons who are interested in becoming acquainted with you.
3.2. There will be no automated individual decision-making by the Controller, in accordance with Article 22 of the Regulation.
4. THE PERIOD OF STORING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Your personal data will be processed for the period of duration of the effect of the rights and obligations arising from the contract and thereafter for the period of time required for the purposes of archiving according to the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but for the maximum period laid down by generally binding legal regulations.
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data: persons ensuring technical or organisational activities for the Controller in accordance with the instructions of the Controller, including data storage, persons providing the Controller with accounting and tax services in accordance with the instructions of the Controller and persons who might be interested in becoming acquainted with you, perhaps including persons who mediate contact between you and such an interested party.
5.2. Tax administration bodies and other competent authorities might also receive your personal data in order to fulfil the obligations arising from legal regulations, in the cases in which this is imposed on the Controller by generally binding legal regulations.
5.3. The Controller does not intend to transfer your information to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.
6. THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. You have, under the terms and conditions laid down in the Regulation, the right to request that the Controller provide you with access to your personal data, the right of rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing of your personal data and the right of portability of your personal data.
6.2. If you believe that your personal data has been or is being processed in breach of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge an objection with the supervisory body.
You are not obliged to provide personal data. However, the provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and performing a contract and it is not possible to enter into, or for the Controller to perform, a contract without the provision of your personal data.
